★ The Regulations are the rules for using the Store available at and the rules for concluding sales contracts products.
★ The entity running the online store, Owner and Administrator of the store is run by Ewa Obara, running a business under the name BAYBAE Ewa Obara, entered into CEIDG run by the Minister of Economy, NIP 7262691799, REGON 522259716, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.
★ The condition for placing an Order via the Store is to read and voluntarily accepting the Regulations.

★ Regulations – these regulations.
★ Customer – consumer purchasing Goods in the store.
★ Shop – BAYBAE online store at, hosted on the platform.
★ Entrepreneur – BAYBAE Ewa Obara with it’s registered office: ul. Dobra 32, 95-054 in Ksawerów, entered into CEIDG kept by the Minister of Economy, NIP 7262691799, REGON 522259716.
★ Goods – a product from the store’s assortment for which the customer can place an order.
★ Sales contract – a contract concluded by the Customer with the Seller.
★ Order – an offer to purchase goods by the Customer to the Seller, via online store.

★ The Consumer may contact the Entrepreneur via:

★ The customer places an order without having to set up an account.
★ The data necessary to place an order by the Customer are: name, surname, address,
telephone number (optional), Paczkomat InPost number (optional) and e-mail address.
★ All Products offered in the Store are handmade, brand new, free from physical and legal defects. The product may slightly differ from the same presented in the pictures due to the parameters and colors on a given device used to browse the store
★ All prices are in Euro (EUR) and are gross prices (including VAT), and the price given for each product is binding at the time of placing the Order by the Customer.
★ The total cost of the order placed by the customer, including the cost of delivery, is displayed after the Customer selects the form of delivery.
★ If the order is not paid within 24 hours of submission order then the Entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse the given orders.

★ The customer placing an order undertakes to pay for the order before after 24 hours by traditional or electronic transfer.

★ The price given for the goods at the time of purchase is binding and cannot be changed.

★ Delivery of orders takes place via InPost parcel lockers in Poland and by courier abroad.
★ The goods are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
★ The delivery time is 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is posted (in Poland), and 7-14 business days abroad.
★ In the event of circumstances preventing the implementation of the complex of the order, the Store reserves the right to suspend its implementation, and undertakes to immediately notify the Customer of the situation.
★ The BAYBAE Store is not responsible for the courier’s failure to meet the deadline.
★ The delivered order should be checked in the presence of the courier to see if it is present complete and not damaged, otherwise a report should be drawn up damage.
★ The Service Provider (Entrepreneur) undertakes not to exceed the maximum total order processing time within 30 days of placing the order.

★ The order is automatically canceled if the customer does not pay for it in time up to 48 hours from submission.
★ The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from its receipt, without giving specific reason, after this date the right to return expires.
★ The returned goods must necessarily be originally packed in a company box, have all the accessories with which the customer received them (i.e. packaging, stickers, label with a sealed string) and proof of purchase.
★ The label attached to the goods must be intact, a string with a seal it must not be damaged and must be in the same place as it was attached before shipment to the customer.
★ Goods must not bear signs of use, must not be damaged or not dirty.
★ The return form should be sent to us together with the goods being returned headquarters: BAYBAE Ewa Obara, ul. Dobra 32, 95-054 Ksawerów.

★ Any item in the Online Store can be advertised in accordance with the terms of the complaint, deadlines, and if it has defects inconsistent with the sales contract
★ In order to make a complaint, the Customer should inform the Entrepreneur by road by e-mail to obtain a complaint form, which should then complete and send in traditional form along with the advertised goods, and with all accessories attached to it (i.e. box, stickers, tags, receipt / proof of purchase) to the company’s headquarters: BAYBAE Ewa Obara, ul. Dobra 32, 95-054 Ksawerów.
★ The deadline for considering the complaint is a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the complaint the goods.
★ If the complaint is accepted, the Customer may request replacement, repair or refund means.
★ The possibility of return and complaint is not possible if the product is damaged mechanically, for prevention, please check the delivered package in the presence of the courier in terms of potential damage and completeness, w in the event of such a situation, please write down a damage report with the courier and send us an e-mail to the following address:

★ Each completed order is accompanied by a proof of purchase the Service Provider has a copy.
★ Promotions cannot be combined with each other, unless the regulations of a given promotion state otherwise.
